However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure. We cannot and do not guarantee the absolute security of your information. We retain information you provide for as long as we deem necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including legal, regulatory, evidentiary, research, business, and historical purposes. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent necessary such that the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Almr.ai concerning the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
